Refund and Return Policy

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If your return is approved, the amount will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 4 business days.


PZMO REFUND POLICY

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, report it to our customer service team within 3 days of receiving the order.

  • The issue will be assessed by the seller/merchant, and a decision will be made accordingly.

  • If the received product does not match the description on the website or does not meet expectations, report it within 3 days of delivery. Our team will evaluate the complaint and take an appropriate decision.

  • For products covered under a manufacturer’s warranty, please contact the manufacturer directly.

  • For defective/damage products, we only provide an refund. Once a request is raised within 3days after the delivery, we will inspected the product.

Refund Processing

  • If a refund is approved by PZMO, it will be processed within 4 business days to your account under the name PZMO.
